• Messages sent through in-app chat with other users
• Job and bid history, including amounts and job descriptions
• Payment information processed by our payment provider, Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Device information and push notification tokens, used to deliver notifications

• To create and maintain your account
• To verify provider identity before granting bidding access
• To connect clients and providers for job postings and bids
• To process payments and hold funds in escrow until a job is approved
• To send notifications about job status, bids, messages, and payments
• To investigate and resolve disputes between users
• To maintain the safety and integrity of the platform

We share information with:

• Other users, as needed for the service to function (e.g. a client sees a provider's name and photo on a bid; a provider sees a client's job location)
• Stripe, our payment processor, to handle deposits, escrow, and payouts
• Firebase/Google Cloud, our infrastructure provider, which stores account and job data
• Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by law

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we retain certain records (such as transaction history) as required for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes, even after deletion.
